Medway Park Phoenix runs several different types of training session.  We are a multidisciplinary club, and we believe that everything we do should be done well.

All members are welcome to attend any and all sessions run by the club, no matter whether you see yourself as a 'pure' sprinter, or lifesaver, or an all-round athlete.

The only session entry requirements are the capability to safely perform the activity, and an attitude that will allow you to work hard and enjoy the hard work of others.  It is our experience that this brings the real fun and fulfilment of training.
